The BORSIG Code of Conduct forms the foundation of our compliance program. It sets out how we act as a company and serves as a guide for our business decisions.

As an internationally active group of companies, the BORSIG Group is aware of its responsibility towards people and the environment. We have formulated our claim and our obligation to strengthen human rights and environmental protection along our value chain and to prevent their violation in our declaration of principles.

In order to be able to live up to our claim of legally impeccable and ethical business conduct, it is fundamentally necessary to learn of potential misconduct and to initiate appropriate remedial measures. We have therefore implemented a whistleblower system that offers BORSIG employees, its customers and business partners the possibility to report potential breaches of rules confidentially and anonymously.
