BORSIG Membrane Technology GmbH – Mechanical seal replacement on a VRU

At the Esso Norge facility in Fredrikstad, Southeast Norway, a significant mechanical seal leak was detected inside the screw compressor of the VRU system installed in 2001. Acting swiftly, we sourced the necessary spare part and, with the support of Team Gladbeck of BORSIG ZM, we completed the repair within just two days. Following successful repairs and testing, we were able to return the VRU to full operation, ensuring minimal disruption for our customer.
